the backbone of IONAS STROUMSAS S.A. The company ensures a stable and
safe work environment, within which the whole personnel are creatively
put in.
The company employs about 140 persons, 3 of which are pharmacists and 20 pharmacist assistant graduates. The personnel are continuously trained and developed by seminars and specialized courses, while a continuous in-house training and advising of the staff is regularly performed.
The Customer Service Department (taking orders or customer servicing) is staffed with operators, most of which are pharmacist assistant graduates and already experienced in the field of pharmaceuticals. They are thoroughly trained professionals who are acquainted with the needs and the operation of a pharmacy, thus being able to offer their services directly and promptly. Their aim is to help the coleague of the company - the scientist pharmacist - to be able to concentrate unobstructed to his/ her work.
The production area is staffed with workers with long and specialized experience in the management of pharmaceutical products. Their aim is to perform the management of products on the basis of rigorous procedures, ensuring the quality and safety of these very products.
At the pharmacy the products are delivered by professional drivers who cover 18.000 km daily performing about 150 routes as a whole. Their aim is the safe and timely delivery of products to the final receiver by following all the necessary procedures concerning the proper distribution of pharmaceutical products.
